BetBull, a social media, and free-to-play sports betting platform will stop offering its services to its audience after five consecutive years of operation. The company made its intention to shut down operations as a business via its website and in its email to customers, players and staff.
The brand’s operation would stop, and all other sports betting activities will be suspended on 3 July 2022. The social betting angle of the brand did not catch on due to reason best known to the company

As everyone wants to know what happens for their closure, there’s no specific reason for this decision. There has been speculation of challenges of the emerging top in the online sports betting market and many others. Many brands have begun promoting Pick’em and F2P games, which have set in a direct rival to BetBull.
The players would be able to place bets until 24 June, but after this set date, there won’t is room for operations except for withdrawal of funds which will be allowed until final closure. Speaking on the closure, BetBull marketing director Paul Archer plainly explains that the brand will suspend trading and that it has had an awesome experience so far.

The Journey Was Awesome, But It has an End.
BetBull, the social betting platform, was founded by Sadok Kohen in 2015, and the brand got so much backing from famous industry experts. The company slogan was “Never Bet Alone,” which was supposed to bring in a new dispensation of social betting experiences, although it was on the verge of a breakthrough.
However, some well-known and established brands like Wynn Resorts began asking whether the digital department is for all. This is crucial because Wynn Resorts bought a 22.5% stake in the company two years ago.
Eventually, Wynn was able to gain a 71% stake in BetBull, with the investors holding on to the remaining shares. The BetBull social betting platform holds a gambling license from the UK Gambling Commission and participates in brand awareness strategies and marketing campaigns.
The brand has teamed up with several notable personalities in clubs, such as Eric Cantona, a former Manchester United ace who tried to build up an idea and appeal more to fans. The company also went further by acquiring another betting platform, wager in the hope that the partnership would help.
